Acceptance of our invoice is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Orders under $100.00 (excluding freight and GST) will attract a $15.00 processing charge in addition to freight and GST. Excluding counter sale pick-ups. Orders under $20.00 (excluding freight and GST) will not be processed. Excluding counter sale pick-ups.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. All goods will be charged at the price ruling at the time of invoice.

Payment as stated on invoice and for thirty (30) day account customers payment is to be made within thirty (30) days from the end of the month in which the goods are supplied. Credit facilities will automatically cease if previous month’s account is not paid in full.

Any discounts given may be revoked without prior notice.

GST is charged at the current rates applicable to taxable products.

I/We the authorised recipient of these goods understand the requirements for prompt settlement and also understand non-compliance will result in withdrawal of any credit facilities applicable without further notice. I/We acknowledge that the account holder will pay the debts as and when they fall due. I/We understand that should the account holder default in payment of monies due then all such monies shall be paid within seven (7) days from the date of demand. I/We agree that any costs, disbursements, legal fees and/or debt collection fees incurred in the recovery of any outstanding monies will be paid by the account holder.

Deliveries at any time are subject to availability of stock. Drizign Pty Ltd will not be liable for any charges due to product unavailability. No responsibility will be accepted for delays outside the seller’s control. Orders which cannot be completed will be placed on back order unless otherwise advised. 

Property of the goods shall not pass from Drizign Pty Ltd to the purchaser until the purchaser has paid for them in full.

(a) Returns
Prior to any return of goods, approval must be obtained from Drizign Pty Ltd.
Return of goods for any reason (other than claims for defective or incorrectly supplied goods) may be subject to a handling and restocking charge of 15% or $50.00 minimum.
Freight for goods returned when ordered in error will be to the account of the purchaser.
All returns must be accompanied by a request for credit, quoting the Drizign Pty Ltd invoice number on which the goods were supplied, and the goods must be in the original packaging and suitable for resale.
C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
(b) Other claims
Claims for non-delivery, short delivery, incorrect goods supplied and pricing or calculation errors must be made within seven (7) days of the delivery date.

All goods are sold subject to the warranties provided by the respective manufacturers or their Australian agent.
Drizign Pty Ltd does not accept any claims beyond those warranties but will endeavour to obtain, on behalf of its customers, replacement or repair of faulty items subject to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions. Freight for return of faulty items is at the purchaser’s cost.
Drizign Pty Ltd reserve the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice.
